Whoa man, whoa man, whoa man

In CECS 277 I asked the teacher, "So like.... with our program due on Thursday, should the user be able to modify and display all the hobbits and dwarfs, or just the current one?" And then he answered... "ALL." (insert ominous, yet somewhat cheesy karaoke-style echo) And like that, my homework just quadrupled.

I am merely in the calm before the stormy hurricane of studying and homework. Prayer is good. God is good. I will make it.

I've been pondering about fasting one day a week. Or more accurately, God put the idea in my head. Pray instead of eat, learn to not rely on the flesh, but rely on Him. I'm thinking either just water, or water/juice. And I don't know what day to do it on. I want it to be completely worshipful, and I want to be completely thankful for the cross because of it, and I DON'T want it to become ritualistic in any way. I don't want to define a length of time, I want it to be Spirit-led. Yeah, so something like that.

In the meantime, I'm going to go bury myself in programming assignments, Japanese grammar particles, probability, and physics equations. Like the astronauts just before rounding the darkside of the moon and losing transmission with Earth, "See you on the flipside."

NERD!
